What Items Are Eligible for Return or Replacement?
1: Incorrect or Expired Items
If you receive the wrong product or an item that is expired, we’ll make it right. Simply submit a return or replacement request within 2 days of delivery.
2: Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or something is missing, please inform us on the same day of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.

- Brief explaination; your product replacement/return reason (e.g. wrong item, damaged product etc.. ).
Review and Approval
Our customer / marketing / inspection service team will review or contact you on your request within 2 business days.
Return or Exchange Process
1: Pickup Service (If Available):
If reverse pickup is available in your location, we’ll schedule a convenient pickup for your return.
2: Self-Shipping (If Pickup Isn’t Available):
If our pickup service is not available in your area, then you can send the product(s) back using a trusted courier of your choice. We will reimburse reasonable shipping costs.
3: Inspection & Resolution:
After receiving the returned item(s), our inspection team will review your request and proceed with either a replacement (depending on stock availability) or issue a refund.
What Items Are Not Eligible for Return or Replacement?
1: Opened or Used Products:
Items that have been opened, used, or altered cannot be returned or replaced.
2: Missing Original Packaging:
Products without their original packaging (including boxes, labels, or tags) are not eligible. Please retain all packaging to ensure a smooth return process.
3: Late Requests (Wrong/Expired Items):
Requests raised after 2 days from the delivery date for incorrect or expired products will not be accepted.
4: Late Claims (Damaged/Missing Items):
Any claims reported after 2 days of delivery for damaged or missing products will not be processed.
